Please contact our Customer Services team as early as possible to provide them with your new address and the date of your move.
You are welcome to take your wheelie bin with you to your new address. We recommend you check online to ensure that the service you currently have is also available at your new address.
If you are unable to take your bin, please contact our Customer Services team to arrange for the bin to be relocated. If you are moving within the same region, to an address serviced for wheelie bins collections by WMNZ, there is no cost to you for a bin relocation.
If you are moving nearby, and WMNZ can service your wheelie bin through your current regional branch, there is no charge to move your wheelie bin.
For moves outside of your current region, you’ll need to cancel your existing service and purchase a service for your new address by calling 0800 10 10 10.
Your new bin collection information will be provided by our Customer Services team when you contact us for a change of address.
If you are moving to a different city, we recommend that you send us a message or contact our Customer Services team on 0800 10 10 10 for further assistance.
